These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SecureB2B website and your purchase of products through this trade platform. By placing an order or registering a trade account with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SecureB2B supplies security and networking equipment on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis. Access to trade pricing and ordering is subject to approval of a trade account. Products, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders are confirmed once payment or agreed payment terms have been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Payment for orders is due as agreed at the time of purchase, whether by card at checkout or via bank transfer under approved trade account terms. Title to goods remains with SecureB2B until payment has been received in full.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported promptly so we can investigate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureB2B shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
